Home Buyer Education (HBE) Workshop The home buying process can be daunting. How much home can I afford? How do I make sure that I'm dealing with a reputable lender? How can I protect my new investment? Answers to these questions and more can be found in home buyer training courses offered around the metro Atlanta region. Home buyer training is not only a great way to educate yourself on the process, its also required by many assistance programs, including all NSP programs. All home buyers who purchase a home through the NSP program are required to complete a HUD Approved Home Buyer Education Workshop and obtain a certificate of completion. There is a small fee for attending these 8-hour training sessions.
