Qualifying for ANDP Down Payment Assistance

ANDP is pleased to offer down payment assistance of $5,000 - $10,000 to qualifying homebuyers. Before you take the quiz below to see if you qualify for down payment assistance, read about what is necessary to qualify.
Household Income - If your household income is at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) you may qualify for down payment assistance between $5,000 and $10,000. If your household income is above 80% AMI but at or below 120% AMI, you may qualify for homebuyer assistance (closing costs assistance).
Mortgage Pre-Approval - Homebuyers wishing to secure down payment assistance from ANDP must use an ANDP-approved lender.
Purchasing an ANDP Home - Down payment assistance provided by ANDP can only be used for purchasing an ANDP home. See our list of homes here.
