    • Note that our Federal Home Loan Bank Atlanta-affiliated DPA program requires your lender to apply on your behalf. Share the link above with your lender. The lender will find everything needed on the right-hand side of the page. 
       

    • Our Federal Home Loan Bank Atlanta-affiliated DPA program has limited availability. Funds are usually replenished in the first quarter of the new year. We will update the DPA page linked above when funds are available.

Maximum Household Income Limit
ANDP only sells homes to low- and moderate-Income households/buyers. The table above represents the maximum allowed household income needed to qualify. Note: The income of all persons 18 years of age and older are included in this calculation - as is every form of income.  

Depending upon our source of funding to acquire and develop the home, the household income limit is capped at either 80% or 120% of Area Median Income.
