C. APPLICATION 

Lenders invited to participate in the program will be provided an application link.

D. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
 
Note: The linked documents below are also embedded in the application portal. Required documentation should be uploaded to the application portal.
 
1. Two years of W-2s

2. One year of tax returns
3. Verification of Employment (VOE) - preferred, or...
4. If no VOE, 30 Days of current, consecutive pay stubs
5. FHLB Intake Certification Form (AHP or WFH+)*
6. Proof of Completion of FHLB-required phone counseling session. Details will be provided in the conditional commitment letter if/when your applicant is approved for funding.

4. VA Certificate of Eligibility
5. Pension, Retirement, Veteran Benefits, or Annuity Statements dated within 12 months

6. Child Support Documentation

7. Alimony Documentation

8. Income from assets Documentation

9. Rental income Documentation

10. Earned Income for full-time students 18+.

H. PROGRAM GEOGRAPHY 

This program is available to qualifying homebuyers purchasing homes located in the 29-county Atlanta MSA area. Counties include Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Haralson, Heard, Henry, Jasper, Lamar, Meriwether, Morgan, Newton, Paulding, Pickens, Pike, Rockdale, Spalding, and Walton.
